D.L. 12′ Winch Strap w/ Spring Loaded Hook and Loop End

Strap is generally sold as a replacement part for the Dutton-Lainson 900lb & 600lb Capacity Crank Winch (CFWNCH900(DL) or CFWNCH600(DL)). If you have a Com-Fab PWC trailer this is the replacement strap for your trailer's winch. The strap has the following capabilities:

This item is a heavy duty winch used for horizontal pulling applications. It contains high carbon steel gears, permanently lubricated bearings, and a zinc Tuffplate(c) finish. A 12′ Winch Strap w/ Spring Loaded Hook and Loop End, and a Dutton-Lainson 900 lb 5" Winch Handle.

Galvanized Side Mount Spare Tire Carrier

• This item is optional for all of our Galvanized Trailer models.
• It can accommodate wheels from 10" to 16.5" with a spare tire.
• It fits all 4 and 5 lug wheels with 4" and 4.5" diameter hole patterns.
• The galvanized finish provides long lasting protection.
• The item can mount to trailer frames up to 3" wide and 4" high.

Installation Instructions

1. Using the spare tire carrier and spare tire as a guide, determine a suitable mounting location on trailer frame.

2. Slide U-bolt around the frame and through the holes in tire carrier.

3. Mount with flat washers, lock washers and nuts provided.

4. Using the spare tire to determine the correct holes to use, place the carriage bolts provided for mounting the spare tire in the holes of the rectangular plate. Bolt heads should be on the back side of the tire carrier. Secure bolts with “star” washers.

5. The mounting plate will accommodate several sizes of frames by using the various hole patterns.

6. Check position of the tire mount for proper clearance with the spare tire before tightening bolts.

7. Mount spare tire with 1/2" bolt, washers and hex nuts provided.

Galvanized Single Axle Pontoon Boat Trailer Fender with Welded-On Spring Hangers

This fender with welded on spring hangers is mounted to a Pontoon Boat Trailer using a 2213G - Fender Mounting Kit, and typically uses a ST175/80R13 D Load Range 13″ Galv. Tire & Wheel. A 3500 lb Hydraulic Disc Brake Trailer Axle, or a 2900 lb Idler Trailer Axles is then mounted to the fender hangers using a Pontoon Boat Trailer Single Axle Mounting Kit.
