This item is mounted to the PWT-2212G trailer model with a Galvanized Axle Mounting Kit, and to the PWT-2212B trailer model with a Black Powder Coated Axle Mounting Kit

Galvanized Tie Plate Kit for 1.5" Square Trailer Axles

This kit is used to mount springs to Galvanized 1.5" Square Trailer Axles. The kit is a part of the 1500 lb Galvanized Trailer Axle used on every PWT-1000G, and PWT-1100G trailer model. It is also part of the 1500 lb Extended Galvanized Trailer Axle used on both PWT-2212 trailer models.

2 - Galvanized Axle Tie Plate for 1.5" Square Trailer Axle

4 - 3/8"-16 x 1.56" x 3.63" Galvanized U-Bolt

8 - 3/8"-16 Galvanized Tri-Lock Nut

8 - 3/8" Galvanized Lock Washer

12 Position Castle Nut

This item is fastened to the end of an Axle Spindle with the use of a 5/32" x 2" Zinc Plated Cotter Pin. This combination secures Hubs to all PWC Trailer Models. It is rated for axles less than 3000 lbs. It is a 1"-14 Thread 12-Slot Castle Nut to fit standard 1" trailer spindles.
