PREPARATION: Surface should be clean, dry, and free of wax, oil, rust, loose paint, etc. WARNING! If you scrape, sand or remove old paint, you may release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC. Contact the National Lead Information Hotline at 1-800-424-LEAD or log on to www.epa.gov/lead.

SHAKE CAN WELL BEFORE USING TO SPRAY: Hold 10 to 12 Inches from surface. Press valve down completely, moving spray. Allow paint to become tacky between coats. Light mist coats prevent runs or sags.

TO CLEAN VALVE: Invert can, press spray tip until a short spurt of clear gas escapes. Spray tip may be removed for cleaning, if necessary. Clean with a common pin and paint thinner.

This assembly includes a 15" Black Powder Coated Winch Post, a 600 lb Capacity Dutton-Lainson Crank Winch w/ Handle, a Winch Poly Bow Roller Assembly, and a Black Powder Coated Winch Assembly Mounting Kit. When mounted, the standard height for the bow roller is 12", but it can be adjusted to accommodate your particular boat.

Installation Instructions

1. Using the spare tire carrier and spare tire as a guide, determine a suitable mounting location on trailer frame.

2. Slide U-bolt around the frame and through the holes in tire carrier.

3. Mount with flat washers, lock washers and nuts provided.

4. Using the spare tire to determine the correct holes to use, place the carriage bolts provided for mounting the spare tire in the holes of the rectangular plate. Bolt heads should be on the back side of the tire carrier. Secure bolts with “star” washers.

5. The mounting plate will accommodate several sizes of frames by using the various hole patterns.

6. Check position of the tire mount for proper clearance with the spare tire before tightening bolts.

7. Mount spare tire with 1/2" bolt, washers and hex nuts provided.
