Winch Poly Bow Roller Assembly

This kit is part of every Winch Assembly used on every PWT, and Jon Boat Trailer model. 

Materials Include:

1 – Galvanized Bow Stop Bracket

1 – 3/8″-16 x 3.75″ Zinc Hex Head Cap Bolt

1 – 3/8″-16 Zinc Hex Flange Top Lock Nut

1 – 1/2″-13 x 4.5″ Zinc Hex Head Cap Bolt

1 – 1/2″-13 Zinc Top Lock Nut

1 – 3″ Amber Poly Bow Roller

2 – 3″ Amber Poly Bow Roller Bell End

2 – 1/2″- Zinc Flat Washer

Jon Boat Trailer Winch Assembly Mounting Kit

This kit contains all of the requisite materials needed to mount a 32" Galvanized Winch Assembly w/DL 900 onto all Jon Boat Trailer models.

Materials Include:

2 – 3/8″ x 3.06" x 5.25″ Zinc U-Bolt

2 – 5" x 1.25" x .25" Galvanized Flat Plate

4 – 3/8″-16 Serrated Zinc Flange Nuts

32″ Galvanized Winch Assembly w/ Dutton-Lainson 900LB Winch

This assembly includes:

When mounted, the standard height for the bow roller is 18", but it can be adjusted to accommodate your particular boat.
